Organizational Diagnosis:
Stage1: We meet with the relevant department or the partner responsible for coordinating the process of change within the organization. We discuss the material and resources necessary for our work and request the participants to receive the material and study them before the session. This is to gain time by focusing on those parts of the presentation material which need group discussion and a unified vision.
Stage 2: In two sessions of 50 minutes of duration we train the business owners, decision makers and other select team members. In these sessions we show you how the UTOE (The Unified Theory of Organizational Energy) may be used to do an Organizational Diagnosis. We apply the theory to your specific needs and choose a methodology that may be best suited to your organization in order to do the diagnosis.
Stage3: We then coordinate the team that has been trained to use the selected methodology and some forms adapted to the organization's core activities to do the diagnosis as a team in a 50 minutes session. This final session may need to be extended to a total of 3 or four sessions depending on the complexity of the case.
Stage 4: We then try to brainstorm and to come up with a consensus on some possible solutions to the problems in a final 50 minutes session.
