Shahrokh Pezeshk, known as “Shah”, has an extensive background in senior management and Change Management Consulting. After completing his first assignments in Australia, at Queensland Alumina, and Visy Board in Melbourne, he left for Canada to work for Wabush Mines. However, Shah’s bigger assignments started with his work as Strategic Consultant in IT for the Saving Bank of Brazil (CEF); Mainframe and IT manager of the data processing company of one of the capital cities in Brazil, and as an administrative and financial manager for the AVS Group for two shopping complexes in Brasilia. Shah has international experience due to his assignments in Canada, Australia, Brazil, United States and Japan. He was the managing director and partner of Venus Consultancy in Brazil for 14 years. As a senior consultant, he has been heavily involved in Process improvement, strategic and scenario planning, more specifically in IT, mediation and conflict resolution in larger family businesses, organizational restructuring and in business and technology coaching.
Shah has also coordinated large humanitarian projects during his stay in Brazil. Following a small nuclear accident, CESIO 137 in Goiania, he coordinated an International Symposium on Peace in The Nuclear Era, with the participation of tens of government officials, hundreds of medical doctors and nuclear physics scientists, international officials and diplomats, and 5000 school children forming a human chain. Later on, he coordinated a project involving a famous artist, who symbolized through his work the world unity, by dedicating a 20 ton hourglass and by pouring into it samples of hundreds of parcels of sterilized soil coming from different countries of the world at the world famous Rio-92 Summit Conference on Environment.
As an organizational consultant Shah’s experience extends to strategy and governance assignments in both, for profit, not-for-profit and government owned organizations. He has developed a new framework and methodology called “Structured and Harmonized Thinking” which provides a basis for his research work: UTOE/ITOE (Unifying/ Interface Theory) on maximizing Organization Energy. He is author of this all-encompassing methodology on sustainable processes and was invited to lecture in consecutive years for international software expositions on this subject and has published articles in technical periodicals including Byte Magazine.
Shah is a Registered Public Accountant in Australia and has his Masters degree in Innovation and Change from Griffith University is now considering his consulting prospects in the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Invite him for a presentation at your organization.
